Dedicated available space for volunteer stylists to provide haircuts to job seekers, foster kids, and others in need.
Cell phones
Storage and distribution of prepaid cell phones for job seekers, domestic violence victims, etc.
Gift closet
Storage and distribution of birthday gifts, primarily for children, available to parents in need who earn them as incentives, through referral, or at reduced cost.
Vehicle repair
Volunteer or reduced repair services.
Vehicle donations
Used vehicles are inspected, cleaned, and repaired, and provided to families in need of reliable transportation.
Job readiness
Focused assistance with job readiness skills, interview and resume preparation, and support.
Dental
Making volunteer dental services available to those in need.
Housing Finder service
To assist with searches for affordable, safe housing for those with low incomes.
Nonfood pantries
Storage and distribution of necessary items that cannot be purchased with food stamps, such as toilet paper, cleansers, paper towels, personal care items, feminine hygiene products, etc..
Children’s Wellness Fair
Lead the organization of a community-wide event with booths staffed by organizations and volunteer professionals to provide basic screenings, nutrition information and safety information.
Children’s books
Collect, store and distribute donated children’s books to low-income kids, foster kids, etc., at regular events at churches, schools, etc..
Foster Parent’s Night Out
Provide childcare, dinner and a program for foster kids while parents enjoy a regular evening break (monthly, quarterly).
Laundry services
A self-service laundry created, maintained and staffed by volunteers for those in need to do laundry and receive use of free laundry supplies, washers and dryers by appointment.
Resale Shop
Shop operated by Love INC volunteers and open to the public for the purpose of fundraising and providing individuals and families with low-cost goods donated by community members. Vouchers or work exchange available to those in need.
Meal delivery
Volunteers prepare and deliver meals to individuals and families who are unable to cook due to injury, illness, birth, or crisis.
Transition kits
Volunteers prepare and deliver kits for homeless individuals entering residential drug/alcohol recovery programs. Kits to include twin sheet, pillow, blanket, alarm clock, towel/wash cloth, stamps for letters, pre-stamped postcards, quarters for phone calls
